o Reviewed, approved and ensured implementation of the Contractors
procedures, method statement for pre -fabrication, and erection of process
piping and mechanical equipment installation.
o Supervised over Contractor’s activity in project execution in compliance with
HSE standards and expected quality, schedule, and costs. Monitoring and
inspecting all Mechanical Piping work performed by welders and/or fitters.
o Responsible to the Superintendent the overseeing the following functions from
installation to handover of Field Installed / Shop Piping, Mechanical
equipment, Module and Pre -Assembled Rack (PAR) Hook up, and other
duties as assigned/directed by the Superi ntendent.
o Supervised under Site Manager command over EPC Contractor and
Subcontractor during prefabrication, installation and erection, testing of
process piping.
o Identified all possible risks, opportunities, or threats that might positively or
negatively impacted quality or project targets. Provided assistance in the
development and implementation of action plans for unexpected
circumstances to the extent necessary to maintain the required work rate.
o Provided Field oversight and coordination of the fieldwo rk activities with the
Mechanical contractor and all ME & I construction -related interface and
support activities
o Issued weekly/monthly reports on operation performance to control Key
Performance Indicators (KPI) and critical data analysis.Provided assista nce in
review and timely authorization of technical deviation requests.
o Played an active role in the development of the Safety, Hazard ID’s and IIF
culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
